These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the realgaragedoorpros.com website (the "Site") and the garage door repair, installation, and related services ("Services") provided by Real Garage Door Pros ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or accepting our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.
1. Who We Are
Real Garage Door Pros is a Nevada licensed contractor (Nevada State Contractor License #0093719) operating out of zip code 89118 in Las Vegas, Nevada. We provide residential and light commercial garage door services throughout the Las Vegas valley and surrounding areas.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, or local law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our servers, or any connected systems
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission
- Impersonate another person or provide false information when submitting forms
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time for violations of these Terms.
3. Estimates and Quotes
All estimates provided on the Site or over the phone are preliminary and subject to confirmation after on site inspection. A binding quote is only issued after a technician has inspected the door, opener, or other equipment in person. Once a binding quote is issued and accepted, the price does not change during the job unless you authorize additional work in writing.
Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Scheduling and Service
Service appointments are scheduled based on technician availability and the nature of the request. We make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window but are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, previous job overruns, or other factors outside our control. We will notify you if we anticipate being late.
You agree to provide safe access to the work area, including gate codes, HOA entry authorization, and the ability to move vehicles or obstructions from the garage.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other payment arrangements have been agreed to in writing. We accept cash, check, major credit cards, and financing through Wisetack (subject to Wisetack's approval and terms).
If you choose Wisetack financing, your agreement is with Wisetack, not with Real Garage Door Pros. Wisetack's terms, rates, and policies apply to your financing arrangement.
Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by Nevada law, whichever is less. Unpaid balances may be referred to collections and may be reported to credit bureaus. You agree to pay reasonable costs of collection, including attorney fees, incurred in connection with collecting an unpaid balance.
6. Workmanship Warranty
We provide a 12 month workmanship warranty on all labor we perform. If our workmanship fails within 12 months of the original service date, we will return to the property and correct the issue at no charge.
The workmanship warranty does not cover:
- Manufacturer defects in parts, which are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable
- Damage caused by misuse, accident, vehicle impact, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by subsequent work performed by you or a third party
- Pre existing conditions on the door, opener, or structure that were not part of the original scope of work
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect function
- Issues arising from modifications you make after our work is complete
Manufacturer warranties on parts vary by brand and product. We pass through the manufacturer's warranty to you and will assist with warranty claims where appropriate.
7. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, our Services and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our Services or the Site is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific service that is the subject of the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of use, loss of data, or property damage beyond the scope of the service performed, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Real Garage Door Pros, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your breach of any representation or warranty you have made to us.
10. SMS and Electronic Communications
By providing your phone number, email, or other contact information, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including text messages, phone calls, and emails about your service, appointment, quote, invoice, or warranty. Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages.
To opt out of text messages, reply STOP to any message. To opt out of marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link. You may still receive transactional communications (such as appointment confirmations) after opting out of marketing.

11. Intellectual Property
The content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and code, is owned by or licensed to Real Garage Door Pros and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission, except for personal, non commercial use.
12. Third Party Services
We may link to or integrate with third party services such as Wisetack (financing), payment processors, scheduling tools, and review platforms. Your use of those services is governed by the third party's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Before filing any lawsuit, both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve the dispute through direct communication within 30 days of written notice of the dispute.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, any legal action must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Class action waiver. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve any dispute with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated on the Site where appropriate. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Real Garage Door Pros regarding your use of the Site and Services, and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject matter. Individual service agreements, quotes, or work orders may add to these Terms but do not replace them unless explicitly stated.
