Enterprise is the largest unincorporated township in Clark County with more than 225,000 residents and some of the most popular master planned communities in the valley. From Southern Highlands and Mountain's Edge to Rhodes Ranch and Silverado Ranch, Enterprise is almost entirely 2000s and newer construction, which means most of these homes are right in the middle of their first major garage door service cycle.

Southern Highlands (89141)
One of the most established master planned communities in the township, built from the late 1990s through the mid 2000s around the Southern Highlands Golf Club. These homes are now 20 to 25 years old, which is exactly when the original springs, cables, and openers start failing one after the other. We do a lot of full spring and cable services here, plus opener replacements on the original LiftMaster and Genie units from the early 2000s. Southern Highlands also has a meaningful share of custom estate homes with oversized, insulated, or custom wood doors.
Mountain's Edge (89178, 89179)
A massive master planned community built from 2004 through 2012, with tens of thousands of homes across dozens of villages. Three car garages are standard. The failure pattern is classic early 2000s timing: original torsion springs right at the end of their 10,000 cycle design life, and original openers with worn gears or failing logic boards.
Rhodes Ranch (89113, 89178)
A guard gated golf course community built from the late 1990s through the mid 2000s. Very similar service pattern to Southern Highlands, with a steady stream of spring and opener work on the original installs.
Silverado Ranch (89183)
Built mostly from 2000 through 2015 with a mix of single family and two story homes. Standard two car and three car garages, insulated steel doors, and a mix of LiftMaster and Chamberlain openers. Broken springs and aging openers are the most common calls.
Cactus, Windmill, and St. Rose corridors (89139, 89141, 89183)
A mix of master planned pockets and custom lots along the south valley's east-west corridors. Newer builds here (2015 forward) rarely fail, but the custom lot homes tend to have non standard door sizes that need dealer sourcing.
